We are thinking about more classes. Possible offerings include partnering with our local cheesemaker at the West River Creamery for a course on cheesemaking. We also have been discussing with a dancing instructor the possiblity of holding a series of simple dinners combined with dance classes. And of course, we'd love to have more cooking classes--the last series was very fun.
